Shipment Processing Time
EU: Orders are usually processed and delivered within 3-7 business days. For products out of stock, orders are usually processed and delivered within 25-30 days. Actual delivery time depends on logistic conditions. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing bulk orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.
If your tracking information has not been updated within 7 business days, please contact support@hepway-power.com.

Orders will be shipped from our warehouses in Germany via one of our current primary shipping carriers, DPD, UPS and DHL.

If you received your order damaged, please contact Hepway Support within 3 business days at support@hepway-power.com. The after sales team will help you to confirm and handle it.

However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
